Shipping is free for any order over $250.00 in the USA For orders less than $250.00, a flat shipping fee of $35.00 will be charged.
Returns Policy
You may return new, items in original packaging within two weeks (14 days) after receiving the package for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving your return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number for your reference. We will inspect your return. Once approved, you should expect a refund within four weeks of our receiving your return.
